Genentech: Sales Dashboard for Nutropin

Our client wanted to address some key pain-points that they heard from their field sales agents who promoted the Nutropin drug to doctors and healthcare practitioners. In addition to addressing those pain-points, management had some ideas to improve the sales process by introducing some new data points for sales team to adopt and do business differently.  We used 1 design design sprint to gather insights, create designs and test our ideas. Based on inputs we created 4 different categories of dashboard which helped the sales team understand their performance, the stats of the region they belong to, competitors' sales performance and a 360 customer view with the ability to drill down to specific accounts. This was a short 1 week project with business, data science, design and sales SME as part of the core team.
