VMware: Hybrid Cloud Partner Portal and Cloud Configurator 

VMware was launching a new multi-million dollar subscription based hybrid cloud solution for their partners and enterprise customers. I designed a site that gave clear information on what cloud infrastructure configuration the user has signed up for, what are product expirations and how much of their subscription costs are being utilized. A setup wizard allowed users to configure technical requirements, subscription time, select geographical zones and apply payments.

In close collaboration with product managers, business owners and designers we wireframed many iterations of the design on whiteboards

design specification documents

Using VMware's design spec guideline we requested design changes, copy changes and enhancements to developers in remote and onsite locations using an iterative process till final release. 

Design QA in UAT environment

As design were implemented we conducted VQA and interaction-QA to make sure designs were intuitive and as intended. We reported numerous bugs using the reporting tool and ticketing process in their system, fielding developer and manager questions as tickets were being prioritized and addressed.
