PG&E wanted to understand how people move between all their buildings and how many seats are occupied during peak, low and average traffic days over a period of time. This analytics tool will help the real estate team CRESS assess their office layouts' design and space needs based on worker mobility patterns

White-boarding session and Research

We had a select business users who had read worker mobility and workforce strategy white-papers on how to design corporate working environments for the future. Based on measurement and analytics methodologies outlined in these research papers and talking to SMEs we ideated and designed our dashboard metric to answer some key questions. These questions gave a clear picture of how PG&Es current workspaces are used by its workforce and what can be done to create a working environment for the future.
